Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of SimuBox (simubox.neuraspheres.com, also available at simubox.cloud.run), an online science-learning app. SimuBox is run by Darrien Rafael Wijaya, an individual based in Indonesia ("we"). By using SimuBox or buying credits you agree to these terms.

The service

You ask Simu, our AI tutor, a science question and it builds an interactive 3D lesson with a simulation, explanations and quizzes. Lessons are generated by AI. We check the numbers against real physics, chemistry and biology models where we can, but an AI answer can still be wrong or incomplete. SimuBox is a learning aid, not medical, safety or professional advice.

Accounts and children

You can try SimuBox as a guest. To buy credits or keep them across devices you sign in with Google. SimuBox is made for students, so children may use it, but a parent, guardian or teacher must make every purchase. If you are under 18, ask an adult before buying anything.

Credits

Asking Simu uses credits: 10 for a new lesson, 3 for a quick change to the current lesson and 5 to read a lesson file you upload. Credits also unlock items in Build & Discover. New accounts get 30 free credits.

  • Starter: 150 credits for $4.99 (one-time payment, not a subscription)
  • Explorer: 350 credits for $9.99 (one-time payment, not a subscription)
  • Family: 800 credits for $19.99 (one-time payment, not a subscription)
  • Classroom: 2,200 credits for $49.99 (one-time payment, not a subscription)

Credits are a prepaid balance for SimuBox only. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and don't expire while SimuBox is running. Prices are in US dollars; the checkout shows any tax before you pay. We may change prices for future purchases, never for credits you already bought.

Payments

Purchases are processed by our online reseller and merchant of record, Creem, which handles the payment, receipt and any sales tax. Their buyer terms also apply to the purchase. SimuBox never receives or stores your card details. Credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Refunds

If a lesson fails to load, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. If you are unhappy with a purchase, email darrienwijaya@gmail.com within 14 days of buying and we will refund the pack in full as long as its credits haven't been used. If something went wrong with a payment, for example you were charged but received no credits, email us and we will fix it.

Fair use

Don't try to break, overload or get around SimuBox's limits or payments, use it to create harmful or abusive content, or resell access. We may limit or close an account that does, and remove credits obtained through abuse or payment fraud.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SimuBox running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve or change features and update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. If we ever shut SimuBox down, we will refund unused purchased credits.

Liability

SimuBox is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law. These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
